Hi all,
There is ELISCOMP formula to check existing parent element on Excel, however I'd like to know any formula which check grandparent element on it.
For example, there are three element (Sydney, NSW, Australia) and Australia is consolidated of NSW, NSW is consolidated of Sydney. In this case, ELISCOMP returns FALSE between Sydney and Australia. But, I'd like to know what formula returns TRUE between Sydney and Australia.
I'd great appreciated it if you kindly tell me any formula to check grandparent element.
Thanks and Best Regards,
How to check grand parent element?

Re: How to check grand parent element?
There is a longstanding request to have an Excel equivalent of the ELISANC rules/TI function which will do what you want.
Or you can use the workaround described by Martin here...http://forums.olapforums.com/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=544

Dear Andy,
Thank you for your great advice.
I could setup ELISANC function on Excel using attachment file.
