Dear forumers,

I am experiencing a problem on the TM1 web. I tried to export the TM1 websheet report to Excel and PDF, but I kept receiving same error message.

"Excel could not open the xml spreadsheet: the server threw an exception."

Has anyone experienced the same issue? Does someone know what caused error and how to resolve it?

Hello Byron,

We are experiencing the same problemn haven't found the answer yet. We experience however that it is not common to all reports, so possibly related to the content of the report???
However we haven't found what content might cause this problem.

So, if anyone can help, thanks...!!!

have you checked the filesystemrights of the UserTempDir ?
what are the logfiles saying?
