I've seen this sometimes. A TM1 server normally starts an local admin server if it can't find one. Sometimes this doesn't happen. Thus start an admin server, either the service or the application tm1admsrv.exe, in the bin directory of your install.

Are you getting this when starting your TM1 server or when logging on to the server.

If you are getting this error while starting the TM1 server then it could be because of the Port number you are using in the TM1S.CFG file and that port would have already been used by some other TM1 process

The port given to connect the local host 5495 is used by some other applications. Thats why you are getting this error. Change the port number in .CFG file and start the server again. Check for the port range in TM1 User Document.

@Pradeep, I doubt this.
@viswaraju, did you try starting the admin service yourself?

Is the admin running
Check your services file
Check your certificate path
Check a firewall
Check useSSL clients setting in admin and server config

a good test is to telnet to the port 5495 or 5498 and see if that works.
