Hi All,
I've an issue with Relative proportional spread - here are my dimensions

Period: DIM_PERIOD
-FY2010/11 -- FY2010-P01
-- FY2010-P02
............
-- FY2010-P12

Expense lines: DIM_EXP
--Total Exp
--- E1
--- E2
--- E3
--------E31
--------E32
--------E33
--------E34
--- E4

Scenario dimension: DIM_SCENARIO
Scenarios
----Actual
----Full yr Budget
----Revised Budget

Location dimension: DIM_LOCATION

Geos
-- US
----- Region1
----------Sub-Region1
--------------Country
-------------------State
-----------------------City
-------------------------Store
-- APAC
-- EUROPE

My issue is:
a) I want to budget data for FY2010 budget scenario using the Actuals for FY2009 Actual scenario.
b) But when I try to use Relative proportional spread, my time dimension is grayed out and I'm not able to change any of the values.

I've attached the screenshots. Can you guys let me know how I can do the above functionality with my existing dimensions?
