View Transaction Log: No records found in 9.5.0 or 9.5.1

Hi,

Previously, we installed Tm1 9.5.0 and encountered "Memory Buffer Exceeded" issue while saving data. As a result, log files about 100MB in size were generated each time a save data is attempted. the extension of these log files is .log1, .log2 and so on.

We also could not get the View Transaction Log to return any records. Thinking that the cause may be due to this version, we then installed TM1 9.5.1. However, we just tested the View Transaction Log GUI and it only returned SOME records. We looked up the Log folder and did not find any errors i.e. the log files are generated correctly each time SaveDataAll is done.

I then compared the log files generated by TM1 9.4.1 version against the latest versions, and found that the format of the log files differ. Did anyone come across such issues with View Transaction Log in the latest version?

i did some testing a while ago on XP / Office2003 / 9.5.0 & 9.5.1 and had no issues with the transaction log. the new audit log was a pain, i don't like the way that works at all, especially searching by date/time. Could it be an OS issue?

We tried querying from server explorer in a PC with XP and Office 2003, as well as directly in the server. In both cases, the transaction query GUI does not return any records... sigh...
