Hello there,

i want to format my Active Form depending on the level. Active Form is used in this case to enter planning data on different aggregation levels. Formatting works fine as long as i have only one dimension in cells (e.g. Products). When there two dimensions in cells (Products and Regions), there only two formats possible "0" and "N". But i still want to keep the formating depending on level for the first dimension. Any ideas how can i do that?

Replace the formula in column A with one that gives you the level of the dimension you want.

You don't have to have something that returns N D 0 1 etc, just change the lookups in the format range to reflect what your formula returns. You can add extra rows between the Begin and End Range markers if you need to.
