Contributor - additional docu?

Hello,
I am looking for additional TM1-Contribute beside the two standard pdf's admin and user guide, do you know where to find any?
At the moment I have some questions like:
- What is the exact difference between the security rights "Submit" and "Review"?
- Should there always be only one reviewer on the top of the hierarchy?
- What kind of hierarchy is good/best practice?
