TM1 using Microsoft App-V

Has anyone had previous experience with running TM1 clients using Microsofts App-Vvirtualisation?
Our place is changing various infrastructure including Office 2003 to 2007, desktops from XP to Vista (later Win7) and looking at virtualising software where possible. Has anyone already gone thru the virtualisation of client apps before, and if so how does TM1 play?
