How to learn the concepts of Cognos TM1? I am new to the technology, how would be the demand and future for the IBM Cognos TM1 i am getting only support work.Is the technology so complex.Please suggest me.

You'll find quite a lot of good advice and learning material using the links in the FAQ post. You may also find it better to ask specific questions (as suggested in the Request for assistance guidelines post) rather than a general request to "to learn the concepts of Cognos TM1". It is not possible to distill years of experience into a forum post and there is no substitute for spending time with the tool.
