Basic guide on TM1

I am new to Cognos TM1, i need a step by step guide on TM1 ( Turbo Integrator, Server Explorer, TM1 Web).

Could you please provide me links if any.

Did you look at the manuals that come with the product? I think that's the best you are going to get unless you are willing to buy some training.
