Recommended upgrade from 9.1 sp2

I have a client who is still using TM1 version 9.1 sp2. What are all the pros and cons of upgrading this to version 9.4? Thanks in advance.
You will get Active forms, Unicode, Long Strings, 64-bit IIS and many other features. Please refer to the New Features guide which comes with 9.4
As 9.4 is unicode therefore it will covert your TM1 database to unicode - which is not backward compatible.
