Hello,
One of our users have "Automation Error" when starting Excel with TM1 add-on. TM1 has been working properly on her machine and re-installing TM1 does not work. Has anyone had this type of problems before ? Please help!

Has she recently had an excel upgrade? We've had this before and it turned out that the problem was down to .ocx and .dll files not being correctly registered. Had it when our IT provider "upgraded" Excel for a user with a service patch which decided as part of the upgrade to unregister some of the library files randomly.
Would be worth having a look at any excel service patches that have taken place and worst case scenario, manually registering the ocx and dll's.
