Cognos Express - Data Advisor Installation Error

Hello,

I am attempting to install cognos express client tool "data advisor". Everything else is installed and working as expected.

I recently uninstalled a beta version and trial version of cognos express which may be causing some issues.

I am able to install advisor, but when I go to install data advisor I get the following error

Current Installation Detected
IBM Cognos Express Data Advisor is already installed on the machine.
Version 9.0.0.0
Location C:\ Program Files\IBM\Cognos Express Clients\Data Advisor

I have attempted to remove folder, delete the registry, reinstall but nothing works. Does anyone know the registry keys?
