HI Guys,

From time to time ( that time being now) tm1 will crash. Is there a log that will tell me what happened either within TM1 or on the server?
I can put it down to a "Network issue", but that excuse it wearing thin. Is there a doco out there that has a list of bugs that potentially crash tm1 for the 9.3 release???

Is there a doco or a trobleshooting guide for this sort of thing??

First place to look is the tm1smsg.log (or whatever the equivalent is in 9.1); if the server ran out of memory or some such it should be recorded there. Next place is in the Windows logs (proxy on to the server, right click on My Computer -> Manage -> System Tools -> Event Viewer -> Application).

Finally I'd suggest taking a look through the 9.1.4 documentation, particularly the fixed issues and known issues lists, to see whether any of the fixes look like they relate to what may have been happening on the server at that time.
