I have been trying to document our security setup within a TM1 model, but have so far not been impressed with the useability of the results. I figured I would ask out to anyone else that has done this in the past. What have you found is the best method for documenting a models security structure so it can be understandable by someone with functional knowledge of the model. Like most we have a mix of application, cube and dimension security. I dont have a method I am stuck on so any ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks
George

Re: Documenting Security
Attached is a sample matrix that finally did the job of documenting security for a past project I delivered - it is admittedly "busy" but it seemed clear enough to hand over to the client's model administrator. Perhaps it will give you ideas you can use.
