Hello,

A simple question: Is it possible to use more then 4GB RAM with TM1 on a Win 64bit server system running TM1 32bit?
Or do we also need to upgrade to TM1 64bit?

Simple answer, no. You need to upgrade to x64 TM1 to access more RAM.

The only other option is to have more than one service instance. Each instance would then use up to 4GB each. Not ideal and will cost you more in terms of licenses but it is a way round it.
