Has anyone ever linked TM1 to Cognos controller?
You mean someone like IBM?
Controller 8.5 comes with TM1 bundled for reporting. An "optimized TM1 reporting cube" is automatically created from the controller tables by what they are calling "FAP". At this stage I would have to say the "integration" is rudimentary but it is there and I'm sure it will get much much better in future releases.
