TM1 installation

Hi eone,
I am new to TM1 and trying to install the application with Excel 2007 add-in.
I have manage to install the application and can view TM1 menu option in Excel.
When I click on 'Connect' on TM1 toolbar, it display 'Connect to TM1 server' screen with ServerID, ClientID and Password fields.
I selected 'planning sample' from drop down list and enter clientid and password which i used during the installation.

But it giving me error 'N6) Client not registered'.

Please help if any one know what is the probelm.

Thank you, I am now connected to 'planning sample' .

Can you please tell me how I can load 'cube viewer'.

I can't see option to create cube etc as well.
