TM1 9.0 and Excel 2007 Macro loading error

Hi Guys,
Not sure if anybody else has experienced this problem, but I am having an issue with the TM1.xla addin with Excel 2007 only. It was fine with Excel 2003, but now if I have the addin enabled, every time Excel loads, it gives me the two errors as shown below. However when I close these error windows, the Tm1 add-in seems to work anyway, but obviously it is really slow and annoying that every time I open Excel 2007, I have click through each of these windows.
There are 2 people in our office using Tm1 add-in in Excel 2007 and both are having the same issue. I have tried reinstalling Perspectives and also reinstalled Excel 2007, but I still get the same errors.
Can anybody help?
