Hi,
I have installed TM1 Contributor 9.5 over Apache Tomcat. I have created a Test Contributor application by defining Views, Approval Hierarchy and have set up the Rights already. But I am having problem in starting the TM1 Contributor application. When I click on the Approval Hierarchy link it opens a splash screen and then nothing happens after the splash screen. Please see the attached screen-shot for details. Am I missing something in the settings? Do we have to change anything in IIS or Tomcat?
I am using TM1 9.5 on Windows 2003 (SP2), IE 6.0, Tomcat 6.0.20, Java RE 6 (Update 17)
Can someone please help me in solving this issue?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Problem starting TM1 Contributor
Thanks, it works with Mozilla Firefox 3.5.
But the 90% of the clients have IE on their computers therefore I am really interested to know whats wrong with IE and how to fix it.
Any ideas???

Re: Problem starting TM1 Contributor
I am doing testing of this and thus far have not been able to determine the cause.
Will post if I figure it out.

Re: Problem starting TM1 Contributor
Contributor may have issues with IE sometimes. You have to change the Security options within the IE in order to fix this problem.
In IE go to Internet Options -> Security tab -> Select Internet Zone -> Custom Level
over here you have to play with some settings by selecting 'Enable' option. This should get IE & Contributor working.
