9.4 Cube viewer error

Hi all,
need some assistance. A user is logging in via Citrix and getting the following errors when browsing the cube viewer. We are usign 9.4 with latest patch.

Looks like a double byte issues. Other users are working fine?

Yes all other user are working fine,
looks like it could be a CiTRIX problem, going to destroy the profile and re-create and see if that solves the problem.
