Has anyone experienced Subset Editor showing "crumple view" of elements? When it happens, it usually visible on the top left corner of Subset Editor, where the n element (usually 1st and second) appears on top of each other.
I was informed this was caused by Monitor settings (e.g. 1024 x 768) and to fix it, make the settings to smaller pixel e.g. 1152 x 864 (or anything smaller) then after a few days, reset back to original settings because user normally prefer a larger setting as before. Sometimes by reseting it back to original settings will not bring back the crumple view but there were also incidents the crumple view came back after resetting back to before.
This has caused a bit of user issues (frustration I meant!)
Is there anyway to get around this problem withourt upgrading the TM1 version ?
P/s also increasing the dpi from 96 to 120 dpi will also help to resolve the problem temporary
