Hello, I attempted to install PAW in windows server 2019 but encountered an error in the final step.
I downloaded the latest versions of PAW, (and Tm1 Server, TM1 Web) from the IBM official website (version 2.1.10).
On the final step, after page of [IBM Planning Analytics Workspace Administration Tool], when I opened the PAW web page, it displayed: ”Planning Analytics Workspace is unavailable. Please try again in a few minutes.”
I also tried restarting the PAW service( by run paw.ps1 -stop/ paw.ps1), but it didn’t resolve the issue.
I have made more than the following attempts:
1. Uninstall all and reinstall;
2. Turn off the firewall.
3. Confirm that the relevant services have been started.
4. Confirm that the interface, IP address, etc. are correct.
Could anyone please advise on potential causes and solutions? thank you so much.

How long did you wait to see if it started up before going for the reinstall? It's normal for that screen to appear when starting the PAW services and can remain there for a while if the server doesn't have a lot of resources.
What are the specs of the server you are installing it on? And is there anything else running on it? I have found it doesn't need to be a particularly "beefy" server to run but if you skimp on cores etc you will notice it takes significantly longer to start up.

Generally you can check the status of the individual containers in the administration tool (or powershell commands) and there are 2 containers with "Initialization" in the title where you want the status to change from "running" to "completed" and generally it will be shortly after that which it will be possible to access PAW.
Are there any services in there that don't have a status of "Running" or "Completed"?

Thank you for your reply.
After executing start.s1, I waited for about an hour.
I have allocated 8GB of running memory and 100GB of storage for the virtual machine. The CPU has 4 cores. There is nothing else in the virtual machine except PAW.
I have checked the status of all the containers, and there are approximately 30 containers here. Strangely, there were several containers that had already started up, but after checking their status, they changed to exiting or restarting. But I tried several times, but I couldn't make all containers start at the same time. Could it be related to this? Can you share how you downloaded Docker and related containers?

The sizing for the virtual machine is too small and the containers are likely stopping due to insufficient resources. Just running the paw component on its own will require 12-16 GB memory about 70/80 GB of storage on windows. That's before accounting for tm1web or the tm1 server component.

At a push you'd get it operating on 32GB memory and storage 200GB of storage but I'd recommend at least 48GB memory

I have increased the running memory, but this problem still occurs.
Additionally, on other machines, the specifications of 8GB running memory and 60GB storage memory can also be used.

That error message may also appear when the TM1 Login Server URI points to a TM1 instance that is not running/not available/wrong port etc.
Double-check that this instance is accessible from your new server: HTTPPortNumber, firewalls etc. etc.
