I found in my legacy system a process that can be used to create dimension period, with below hierarchies, 'all_years_by QTR', 'all_years_by HLFYEAR', 'all_years_CUM', 'all_years_by YTD'. The elements are detailed to month.
But now I need to create the period dimension with detail to date and accumulate it by week/month/QTR/year. I examine the legacy process. The relevant part of this function seems to be removed. I was wondering where can I found the complete source code for this period dimension creation process, with flexible definition by user?

Re: system process to create dimension period
Do you know who is the author of the process ? Do you know whether it was found online (can you Google some parts of the script maybe) ?
I have the impression that it was custom built for you and that an extension does not exist/should be written by you or someone else.

You could also give https://code.cubewise.com/software/products/arc/ a try, which has a Time Management module (I think there's still a three month free trial period).
