IBM Planning analytics for Excel Session Time out

Good day
Can you please assist on the below as unable to proceed further.
PAW version 2.0.87
PA version 2.0.9.19
Single sign on mode 1
1. We have ran the PAWDockerWinChecker.ps1 script restarted the server removed the pa-gateway containter and ran the start.ps1 script but still getting the same error.
