Since I was suggested by many experts to switch from TM1 Architect to Arc. I tried and found the operation of Arc is a little bit different with Architect. And I didn't find online training about the use of Arc or relevant training materials to be download from Cubewise website. Can anyone give me a recommendation where I can get such documents to pick up my skill on Arc? Thanks.

Did you see
this page and all of the pages that it links to?
Also, since you're specifically interested in the Rules Editor,
this page would be useful.
It's not Perspectives, but it's modern and vastly more powerful.
It's not bloated, overcomplicated, Linux-obsessed cr@p like any client software coming out of IBM either. It's easy to install, and easy to pick up if you take a bit of time to poke around and try things out.

I also recommend everyone to use Arc
There are two hands-on manuals that you can download from the Cubewise CODE website:
-
https://code.cubewise.com/blog/arc-for- ... on-part-1/
-
