Command rejected - TI debugging is disabled in tm1s.cfg

Hi,
I just wanted to use the TI Debugger in PAW.
When I first started the "DEBUG" run, I got the message:
OK, with some search I added
later on
to tm1s.cfg of the data model. Then I restartet the TM1 process.
I'm using a server for the TM1 data models, and PAW on a different server. There are more than one data model on the TM1 server.
Because that didn't help I restartet both servers, but without any effect. I still get that error.
Any Idea?
