Hi All,
I have a question about Termed users. We have AD users coming from Cognos into TM1. For termed termed users, the AD groups associated are deleted in AD but the user names still are in the TM1 model. Should we delete them in the model too and will not deleting them in TM1 model cause any issue if IBM audits?

Hi,

a big bugbear of mine when we had an IBM audit was that they wanted the clients dim file to show number of users, even though we had disabled users.

Therefore, we no longer disable users but always make sure to delete them. This was a few years ago, so not sure if anything has changed.
