is there a possibility to get data out of power bi to TM1?
e.g. via Python?

I just found something for the other way round: TM1 to Power BI

Generally speaking，power bi is a bi visualization tool. Many people load data from csv/db/dw to power bi ，so the data is not stored in power bi ，so i don't understand the question you asked
