TM1 Log to SQL DB - IPFTEST-006 - JDBC Driver Location?

Hi,
i tried to setup the Log to our SQL DB (at the moment we just used the Filelog), so I configured the Cognos Configuration correctly but i always get the error "[ ERROR ] IPFTEST-006" .. " The error encountered is "No suitable driver found for jdbc:sqlserver:...."
I'm wondering where i had to place the JDBC Driver file, i tried some locations but this didn't work, in Cognos Analytics it goes to the install_folder/drivers.
