Application Folder Security in PAW (only)

Hi,
Is anyone aware of any way of interacting with the Application folder security in the PAW / PAfE GUI?
From what I can see there doesn't seem to be a method and so you can't get the cube created to hold the security.
The good news is that you can create the cube manually and the security kicks in with no restart required.
Was just wondering if this is a functional gap or I just couldn't find it....using the latest PAW with the workbenches.
