Dynamic MDX in a PAW view

Hi,
Is it possible to make the mdx in a paw view dynamic depending on user selections? For example, changing what appears in the rows and title area?
I am finding that I have to create 3 reports, when ideally I want to create 1 report, and make it dynamic.
Let us say for example, the user wants to look at a cost centre report but there are 3 dimensions related to cost centre - Department, Service Area and Project.
Depending on their selection, I might want the Department in the rows and the others in the titles or the Service Area in the rows and the others in the titles.
