Hi,

I had to investigate a tricky mapping process with TM1 data going to Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).

Actually, it turns out that using the Scan function with an empty string, to be looked up in a non-empty string, gives a result of 1. Not 0.

Be aware of this

*peers into a box looking for an empty*

My god, it is FULL of nothings! ×___×

Thanks for posting on this, one of the projects I'm working on is using SCAN in a few spots. I'll keep this in mind.
