TM1 REST API - How Delete an Element from Dimension

Hello,
i'm new here in the Forum and i'm also Beginner with Topic TM1 REST API. I have done the first steps, i know how i can connect via REST API and how i can delete an dimension or an process and so on...But it seems i not fully have an understanding about the logic behind of EDM Model and how it works. I know the IBM Documentation and also i know swagger but for some questions i don't know how i should go forward.
I searched a lot and found also different topics here in these Forum about REST API, but nothing what me helps for my question.
Now my actual Question: How can i delete a dimension element from dimension (completely not only in one hierarchy). And maybe also how i can delete all Elements from dimension (without delete dimension itself) -> is these then with one API call possible or have really the to these seperate wise).
