I have a user error 500 when trying to upload a table to excel from PAW. And he constantly did it earlier, and now the same table, but only gives an error. Yes I know about APAR PH19770(https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/apr/PH19770). But at the moment, we are not able to update PAW to the new version(for various non-licensing reasons).
Does anyone know how to "cure" this problem?
Perhaps you need to look at some ports?
Confuses that earlier the user unloaded without problems, and then as cut off. I can still upload the given table and other users too.

Tried the good old Ctrl + F5 to clear the cache?
Possibly clear cookies too.
