Pax report in new version of PAW

Post by fstuyck »

Hi,

We upgraded to 2.0.57 in PAW (new experience), but we are unable to show PAX reports.
For PAX we have version 11.0.58, is this an issue of compatibility?

Did you install the Planning Analytics SpreadSheet Server? Once known as TM1 Web.
This is now split out from the tm1 DB install and needs its own install.

Yes, the service is installed and running.
The behaviour that I get is, the pax report loads for a minute and then turns into a white screen.

For clarity,
Is the issue you're having displaying TM1 web sheets in PAW or just using Pafe / pax / Excel?

For completeness, have you upgraded the Planning Analytics Administration Agent to the most recent version ?

I doubt this could cause such an issue, but yes, IBM's recommendation is to have version PAfE<=PAW:
