Problem with Data Refresh in TM1 9.1 SP2 Update 3

Server: 64bit Windows 2003 Enterprise server.
Client: 32bit Windows XP with Excel 2003.

Problem:

I have loaded some new data to a cube.
I have a TM1 view set up so that data should be visible - 4 of the dimensions are set to display all elements on dimension.
These dimensions are all 'Row Dimensions' and I have zero suppression on rows set ON to limit the volume of data in the view.
None of the new values are displayed.

If I change focus of view so that for the 4 dimensions that are set to display all elements on a dimension each dimension is set to the specific element for one cell of the newly imported data points - low and behold - the data appears.

If I now widen the focus back so that all 4 dimensions are set to all elements in the view all of the data magically appears.

The point is that I should have been able to see the data in the first instance without having to narrow the focus of the view.

This is a major problem as my users attempt to load data and tell me it is not there!
It is in fact 'there', it just is not displaying correctly when it should.

Is this is known bug? Is there a work around or fix for this version of the software? Is it fixed in 9.4?

TIA for any help on this.

Andy

Maybe it helps to delete/recreate the view in TI in the epilog after your data load. It will take few time to test.
As with every software you need to find a quick workaround and can't wait for a bug fix.
