TM1 WEB Bug generating TMP files in the Logs folder

Hope this message finds you well
My server which is hosting both TM1 and TM1 Web interfaces is no longer responding when trying to access the TM1 Web link
I restart instances and the server itself after deleting cores error files but it seems that config file might have been corrupted
What is the process to get TM1 Web back on track ?
It seems that TM1 on Perspective works fine

Try reboot TM1Web.
