Performance Modeler : No groups visible while adding security for nodes

Hi guys, I have created an application on Performance modeler which is working fine on my Devlopment server, but on Production server when I open the Application & go to Configure Rights all nodes are listed but the group section only shows 'Cognos\everyone' group though all groups are present in model. Please help me resolving this issue 
Note: also my Dev. server is still using Tm1_Authentication & Prod has recently updraded to Integrated Login.
