Tm1 Model restarting for no apparent reason

Hi Guys

Our Tm1 model is re-starting for no apparent reason. The Ram usage on the server is very high - around 97%
Could this cause it to restart? The physical server itself did not go down, so I'm surprised that it has restarted itself. Any ideas why?

I am busy looking at the server log during startup. One thing caught my eye:
"TM1TransactionLog::BasicInitialize: The transaction log was found and write-locked. Recovery possible after server load."
The size of tm1s is only about 18mb, so assume this message is normal and indicate logfile recovery will be fine.

We are running Tm1 version 11.2.0.27

Many thanks in advance!!!

Regards
Chris

Short answer: yes. You will need to either reduce the size of the model or increase your RAM.

Try looking in Windows Event Log -- it might have a record of system killing tm1sd process when it tried to capture more memory than was available on the system. OS should be resilient enough to kill the process and avoid crashing the whole server.
