Does anyone know what the correct permissions are on the UserTempDir to allow PDFing to work with TM1Web?
When I try to pdf and monitor what is happening on the server by logging on as the user in which the service is running I can see that the PDF is not working as there is a "PDF Save as" request waiting on the server. So I'm assuming that the problem is security related....
I've tried giving the "Everyone" group full acess to the UserTempDir on the server but the problem still exists.
Slicing/snapshot of the same worksheet works fine.
Any ideas?
