Hello there.
We complete the installation of the Planning Analytics Local, 2.0.7. However, we can't access the TM1 web from outside the localhost. (http://servername:9510/tm1web/) The link works fine on the server where the install is. But when trying to access from a different machine, we receive the message "This page isn't working", servername didn't send any data. We are using the WebSphere Liberty that came with the install. Is there any other configuration needed to access TM1 Web outside the localhost?
Any feedback would be appreciated.

Have you checked your firewall settings?

Yes, firewalls are disable.

The issue was the VPN. The VPN configuration was blocking the connection to the server.
