Hello All,

This is my first post on the forum...
Been an active reader infact uptil now for this forum..
I have encountered a strange error when I try and login a server which is running normal as an application.
when I refresh the avaialble servers,it displays teh option to login the server but when I try and login the server with my credentials ,It says Server not found..

P.S. Server currently running as an application, already restarted twice teh server but no respite..

Just a follow up: the server now working fine .
Just changed the port number by one up in the tm1.cfg file..
Still not clear about the cause and effect of the behaviour.

are you running more than one TM1 service on the same machine? that would explain it if they are using the same port. TM1 will show the server running, but when you try to connect it doesn't know which one to route the request to. IIRC a new service with the same port as one already running will cause the 1st one to reject logins, but it's been a long time since i made that mistake so i might be wrong
