HI team,

We recently migrated to Planning analytics 2.0.9 and we are on pulse 5.1.5 version.
I have noticed Live monitor/session monitor is not showing any active users, it is showing blank.
I have checked configuration of tm1 bin and it is pointing to correct path only.
I can see processes under Message log.

Can you please advise how I can see active users list under session monito.

Pulse v5.1.5 is a very old version of Pulse. I would highly recommend to upgrade to the latest version v5.8.2 which you can download here: https://forum.cubewise.com/t/pulse-release-v5-8-2/3166

In the future if you have an issue with Pulse, I would recommend to create an issue on the Pulse Support Portal: https://support.cubewise.com/code/pulse/issues
