Creation of Tm1 windows ODBC Datasource

Hello Everyone,
This is the first time I am creating, so need some minimal support.

First I have to created ODBC connection in Cognos Connection like below:
Then refer the Datasource in ODBC administrator. Correct me if I am wrong.
In ODBC administrator, facing below problem.
Any help is appreciated.
