Consolidate and Spread Percentage

Hi all,
In a budget view I have a %GrossProfit member calculated with a rule as usual as
1- Costs/Revenue*100
In particular, If I'm writing the budget for 2020, Costs refer to 2019 and Revenue to the Revenue of 2020 budget
All works well in this scenario.
BUT...now, I need to edit the %GrossProfit in order to calcute the costs for the new year, 2020 in my previous example.
So, I have a %GrossProfit equal to 10 (%GrossProfit is calculated with a rule as I wrote before...) and I want to edit this value to 11 (so i Increment the value by 1 unit) because I want to estimate the costs for the new year budget
This behavior (obviously) is not allowed because the value is calculated but how can I obtain this?
How can I spread the value in the leaves of %GrossProfit?
