You cannot control access to a button but you can control access to the form that a button exists on (adding security to the }Applications folder) or, if the button executes a TI process you can just not give access to run the process. Security can be applied on dimensions, cubes, cells, based on user groups. Also security can be changed based on rules.
Is a limit access to a group of users? Everyone? Does it change from time to time?
Sure. Find an IBM partner near where you live and for the right amount of money, you can get your training. I could do it too if you were living in my neighborhood and if you can allocate the right funds
