Perspectives Ribbon Missing on Excel 2016 (Office 365)

Hi,
My client has recently upgraded user hardware to Windows 10 / Office 365 (click to run, 64 Bit)
They installed the 64 bit version of perspectives, which went smoothly.
Apon opening excel, the 'Planning Analytics' navy blue square appears as it should, but the app is not present in the ribbon.
No amount of messing about with the tm1p.xla addin or the ribbon addin gets it to show.
When going into the VBA editor, you can see the tm1p.xla as a project, and TM1 also recognises DBRW as a formula, so I know it is 'there'.
We installed PAX and it appears in the ribbon as expected.
We removed PAX from the machines by uninstall, before attempting Perspectives but is it possible there is still a conflict somehow between the two?
We have enabled Macros etc.
My question is: is there any standard settings that could prevent this from appearing in Excel? - eg Registry or some other IT security settings?
Thanks guys,
Josh
