PAx DBRW type over failure

This impacted 2.0.42 with CAM log ins. (not tested if it happens in mode 1)
When entering a number over a DBRW the formula was being over written by a value.
Cause.
On first log-in the issue did not show. If you close Excel and attempt to log back in you are not asked to re-authenticate but automatically re-log into the server. At this point everything appears to work, however we then encountered the issue mentioned above.
Resolution
Once automatically logged in you need to manually disconnect and relog.

Upgrade to 2.0.43 where the automatic relog doesn't appear to happen.
We didn't see any other issues but I wouldn't be surprised to see other issues relating to "Perspectives" functionality.
