tm1 form

Hi,
we are trying to create an lease accounting application using tm1 .
Initial requirement is to , users having the capability to enter lease related information and then process the lease calculations .
To enter this with fields having few validations which tool should i use , they are expecting this to look nicer .
Can I use tm1 web and be able to create drop downs with validation or pax sheet .
Is there any useful links to do the same .
Once the information is entered and a button is clicked ,tm1 will load the info to a dimension attribute via a ti process.
